Minor Policy

We are now able to offer tattooing and piercing to minors age 16 & 17, in accordance to Delaware state law. However, there are steps that MUST be followed:
You may come in to the shop and pick up a release form or download it from our website. If you choose to download the form, you can find it under the Info menu bar tab, then click on Studio Policies. There is a button you can click to download the .pdf form.
Photocopy both parent AND minor’s federal or state issued photo ID on back of form.
Take the form to a notary public and have the form notarized on the back of the form, under the photocopied IDs. Most banks offer complimentary notary services for their account holders. There are also several local notaries close to Northside. We also have a notary that is “on call” and will come to the shop, according to their availability, for a $10 fee.
Once the paperwork is in order, both the minor and parent need to come in together. We will check IDs and paperwork. The parent MUST remain with the minor at all times, no exceptions.
